RANCHER’S ROAST

Ranchers work hard, and should have a good morning coffee to get their day started. With this in mind, Dave combined a medium Costa Rica with a medium Peru, both roasted to perfection. The Costa Rica provides brightness, while the Peru ensures the coffee is not acidic.

This is a bright, smooth coffee which we enjoy in the morning, or anytime we need a pick-me-up.

CLASSIC COWBOY

Anyone who lives in Cowboy Country knows about cowboy coffee, so we decided our first priority would be creating a coffee that would work well in

the percolator or on the trail over a campfire. We tried different blends until our cowboy testers declared it perfect, even boiled over a campfire.

A mix of medium and medium-dark coffee beans, this coffee is our best-seller and the one we use in our espresso machine – an all-round, all-purpose blend.
