Candied Jalapeño Relish - a take on our popular Candied Jalapenos, this is cooked with the same process but spreadable and ready to top burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches. It’s equally at home on a cheese plate. Pairs with burgers, sausages, cheese plates, sandwiches, nachos, and burritos.
Spicy Tomato Savoury Spread - our signature spread brings fresh ginger, onions, jalapeños, and a cheeky heat. Pairs with aged Cheddar, Brie, Camembert, smoked Gouda, grilled cheese, avocado toast, sandwiches, burgers, eggs, and tourtière.
Charcuterie Mustard - we liken this to "mustard caviar". Made with Salt Spring Island Ales’ Heather Ale and nicely balanced with honey, it adds sophistication to your burger, sandwich, or charcuterie platter.
Best served with dry-cured meat, sharp hard cheeses, sausage, burgers, and salad dressing.
Rhubarb & Apple Savoury Spread - this gorgeous chutney has a tart yet sweet flavour and warm spicy tones. Pair with aged cheddar, blue cheese and roasted pork or poultry.
Onion & Thyme Savoury Spread - onion is a creative choice, but savoury spices and apple make this a treat with a variety of cheeses. Pairs with Blue Cheese, Brie, Camembert, smoked Gouda, aged Cheddar, sandwiches, burgers, and grilled cheese.
